Corinne and Molly made our day so seamless to the point where my husband and I could focus on us and our guests. From our first meeting to the day, they worked through hiccups with vendors that we would have missed and gave us amazing recommendations to make our wedding day perfect. We came ready and prepared with all of our vendors, and they stitched up the final communications for the wedding and made it so seamless, even finding another vendor for napkins 2 hours before the day started because ours forgot them! Not only are they amazing coordinators, but they're amazing people. Any communication that we had with Corinne and/or Molly felt so curated to us, and although we knew that they were coordinating other weddings, it felt that they had all their efforts focused on us. We got married 2 weeks ago and cannot stop talking about how amazing our day was because of them! Fun story as well, my bustle kept falling every 10 seconds and right before our grand entrance I decided to just cut the dress, and Corinne came down with scissors ready to be a seamstress! Anything we needed they always said yes to and we could not have been more grateful to them.

Britny is amazing and made my life as a bride easy. First, despite having just had a baby, she was always available to chat through final wedding planning details. She helped me so much in the months leading up to the wedding. During the week/weekend of the wedding, she did EVERYTHING, so that I truly got to enjoy myself before the big day. On the day of the wedding, I was completely stress free because I knew Britny had everything under control. She set up and helped run our entire Friday rehearsal/welcome party, and then Saturday was super organized to make sure we were all on time. She also decorated the tent beautifully. A lot of the ideas for decoration came from her in the months before, and it truly exceeded my expectations. First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. Having those memories in addition to our photographers photos meant so much to us!! (I attached just a few for reference) Her ability to manage every detail flawlessly amazed me! Catalina will put on the wedding you've always dreamed about. Her monthly meetings come with recommendations for venues and vendors, leaving you to just point and choose what you'd like. For busy people like my wife and me, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. We've watched all our friends plan their own weddings, and the stress it adds to your life just isn't worth it. You want to have fun, not a year's worth of additional chores. I could go on about how Catalina took our out-of-the-box ideas and brought them to life -- a movie poster, seconds looks that look like they belonged at the Met Gala, etc -- but the bottom line is this: she works unbelievably hard and dedicates the entire month leading up to your wedding for only you. On your big day, she is running around like a Taylor Swift concert coordinator, lining everything up so you just have to smile for the photos and remember your vows. We had so many friends who said our wedding was the most coordinated (and fun) they've ever been to. Others have told us how the event planner who came with their venue wasn't great. That person is looking out for the venue's interest, not yours, and often on the wedding day they'll disappear. Catalina is always within shouting distance and has eyes on you the whole time. The upfront cost of bringing on a planner is manageable. Find 10% of your wedding budget and dedicate it to her for the best results. Instead of fancy plates and tableware, go standard. Bring down the guest list if possible. Those sacrifices are worth it to afford her perfection.

Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

The organization, the promptness, the expertise she has in all things travel related provides a huge sense of comfort and ease when planning a trip. My husband and I experienced a hiccup during our honeymoon and Meagan leapt into action to assist even with the time change being 5 hours ahead of EST which led to a VERY early morning for her to help troubleshoot. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members. They figured out that this is where a lot of my stress was coming from. I was so grateful to their team for minimizing overall stress. I highly recommend!

Kenny and her team were so helpful! They are professional, organized, kind and went above and beyond for us. We did day of coordination and Kenny jumped in about a month out, taking care of all vendor communications and creating a timeline for us. She kept everything running smoothly the morning of the wedding and made sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She set up the reception decor exactly as I had envisioned it. Yvonne did an incredible job as month of coordinator for my wedding! I can't recommend enough that you hire Unique Melody for your event! I was initially very nervous to hand over my wedding to her as I had spent SO many hours on all the details but I'm SO glad that I did. She executed it with such attention to detail. I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. Her and her team worked SO hard to make all my wedding dreams come true. Whenever an issue came up they were very quick to fix it. She was extremely adaptable and no problem was too big for them to solve. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. They kept us on a tight timeline even though all the speeches were WAY longer than they were planned to be. I'm so grateful for her an her team and she is such a pleasure to work with. Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. She also put together our decor Inspo and she was SPOT ON! And she brought it to life the day of the wedding! Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough.
