A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. Built in 1840, the historic Federal Style house sits at the center of the farm, with sweeping views of the surrounding fields and forests. Restored true to its era, it’s a grand yet inviting space for gatherings of 10 to 50 people. Five private bedrooms provide a good night’s sleep, with simple furnishings and comfortable mattresses. Three shared bathrooms allow everyone to get ready for the day. All linens and towels provided. Our vision is to create a place that fosters connection to the land, strengthens community, and plants seeds for cultural renewal.

From the moment you tour our grounds, to the moment where you step off our grounds as newlyweds you will find that our team will be with you through your entire wedding planning process. We can help you with your vendor selection, your wedding décor, your guests’ accommodations, and anything else in between. If you can imagine it, we can help create it at your wedding. Our venue allows for endless possibilities. A rehearsal dinner in our brewery the night before. A ceremony down by the Neversink River. A cocktail hour in our Art Gallery. A reception in our Event Center for wedding sizes of 80 guests or less, or a reception underneath a clear tent on our Event Center grounds for wedding sizes up to 120 guests.

The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges is the perfect setting for a large event such as a wedding celebration. The option of a full buyout provides guests with exclusivity to the entire restaurant including the upstairs and downstairs dining room as well as a full bar and lounge on each floor, a candle lit only private wine cellar and an outdoor terrace. Our bridal room, including a full bath-room, is available for the guest of honor to use on the day of the event. Customized food and beverage packages, audio-visual support, floral arrangements, entertainment and a dance floor can be arranged specially for you upon request.
