Dr. Bird Room
Our largest indoor space, the Dr. Bird Room is completely customizable to meet your need.
Five large windows with opaque shades enable daytime image projection. High above the large, octagonal room are exposed oak trusses supporting a roof topped with a windowed cupola.

Exhibit Hall & Farquhar Gallery
With rotating art and sculptures, the Exhibit Hall and Farquhar Gallery are spectacular spaces for your ceremony, cocktails, or dancing.
Across from the Dr. Bird Room, the beautiful Exhibit Hall boasts high ceilings with exposed beams and exhibits some of the Museum's historic artifacts and rotating art and sculptures. The Farquhar Gallery adds beautiful scenery and charm to any event.

Gorgeous venue and wonderful staff
We had our wedding and reception at the museum in April 2023 - it was the perfect location for our 100-guest event. We had the ceremony and dinner in the courtyard, with a tent (because of uncertain weather) and a very small dance floor. There was plenty of space for more tables if you have a larger event. We used the exhibit hall for the bar, the octagonal room for dancing, and the narrow gallery for the buffet. We used the library to get dressed and to store our things during the event. The entire space, both indoor and outdoor, was lovely and perfect for the event. Dan and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
