There are a few things you should know about me! I grew up in Colorado, and have worked in the event planning industry for the past 10 years all over Colorado, in Phoenix, and Nashville. My degree is in Business Administration, and I am certified in both Wedding and Event Planning. There is no type, size, or style of party I shy away from. From a 14,000-person corporate event in Nashville to an intimate 12-person anniversary event in Colorado, nothing is beyond my scope. The most important thing to know about me is that there is a 100% chance that I am just as excited about your event as you are!

Your planner should feel like an extension of you! We are your eyes and ears on the ground, making sure each detail of the day is a reflection of you as a couple and handling any hiccups onsite the same way you would have wanted it done. I can tell you I am organized, enthusiastic, hardworking, and empathic, which I am, but so are the other planners who are good at their job! So, instead, let's get on a call and meet to make sure I am the person you click with and can trust, because ultimately, THAT is what will set the right planner apart from the others.

Description

The Full Service Package is perfect for the couples wanting to sit back and soak up the wedding planning process, without stressing about each detail. The Full Service Planning Package charges a percentage of the total wedding budget and requires clients to have a minimum wedding budget of $65,000.

For destination weddings outside of Colorado, I require clients to book the Full Service Package I offer. My Destination Wedding Packages include all the services of a Full Service Planner, in addition to site visits, and vendor visits leading up to the wedding weekend.

This is perfect for the couples who want to be a part of the planning experience, but want a side-kick to help them along the way and make sure they are on track.

This package is perfect for the couples that are excited to wedding plan and feel confident taking it on themselves, but need someone taking over as the day nears to execute their vision. This package starts 6 weeks before the wedding date.

    I can’t imagine our wedding day without Paige from Wakefield Event Co. I was immediately impressed in our initial meeting as she was kind, professional, and only commits to one wedding per weekend so that she can 100% focus on one event. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding, she was there to answer any questions via email and offer her advice on things. Fast forward to the month of, her organization skills and communication were impressive and she was always there for me. On the day of, her and her team set up all of my DIY decor up (which was a lot) and made everything look cohesive and match the exact vision I had in my brain. Clean up was also a breeze at the end. Throughout the day she ensured that the timeline was followed and made everything run so smooth. I would highly recommend Paige, without reservation, as a day of coordinator or partial and full planner for your event. I only had Paige as a month/day of coordinator but jeez, I can only imagine how amazing it would have been to work with her to plan even more things. I can’t express how thankful I am for all of her help, attention to detail, and overall service!

    Paige is in a league all her own. She is a joy to work with and to watch her create wedding day visions or enhance those already in place is amazing. She truly has an eye for detail. She is intentional with each person she works with. Paige is a gift to the industry.

    We're totally thrilled with Paige at Wakefield! She turned our wedding dreams into reality with such ease and enthusiasm. I'm not a particularly collected human under pressure and Paige turned my the planning stress and even a hairdo catastrophe in to tiny speed bumps for me. Paige totally got our vibe and vision. Her attention to detail, communication skills and creativity brought such a vibe to our day. She had such an incredible vision, when I said simple but colorful, she pulled it the heck off. She was a pro with all of our vendors and when we initially met with them most of them were familiar with her and some even expressed relief, lol! For anyone looking for a wedding planner who genuinely cares and delivers, she won't disappoint and I've been recommending her confidently to truly everyone I know.
