Ivory Oaks is based in Colorado Springs and has over 13 years of wedding industry experience. My name is Bethany, and I am the owner of Ivory Oaks. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which has taught me how to best understand and serve clients from various backgrounds. I have had opportunities to work in various roles in the wedding industry that have equipped me to be a well-rounded wedding planner. I have experienced the ins and outs of weddings. I’ve learned what works & what doesn’t. Most importantly, I have learned how to host an unforgettable wedding that you, your and your guests will rave about!

I have worked in the wedding industry for over 13 years, and have had the privilege of coordinating over 150 weddings in the past few years. I have a seamless planning process that consistently receives positive feedback and praises from both couples and vendors. I am a preferred planner at one of Denver’s premier wedding venues (Moss Denver) and also accept bookings throughout the state of Colorado and beyond.

We worked with Bethany for our Summer 2024 wedding in town and she was truly amazing to work with. We weren't accustomed to working with a planner, ever in the past, so I wasn't sure what to really expect when I was looking. We took Bethany on as our Day-Of-Coordinator. Even though her detail description wrote that she would come in hands on 2-3 months prior to the event, she was open to discussing any questions or concerns I had for planning my own wedding almost at the start of our planning process (that was what really stood out to me). Her willingness to answer my multiple emails of random questions, or jumping on a call to talk through wedding items that I had no idea how to answer, were just some of the services she provided that made the wedding planning that much easier. She comes from a background having dealt with multiple weddings and scenarios than I have and I trusted her with ours 100%. Day of the wedding went so smoothly and effortlessly, I felt calm throughout the whole event. Grateful our budget allowed for someone like her and her expertise for our day. Highly recommend working with Bethany!

Ivory Oaks was an amazing wedding planning team to work with. Their communication was quick, efficient, and solution-oriented, and they were consistently kind throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - they were incredibly creative and expert in their approach, ensuring that all vendors were communicated with as needed and organizing a very helpful run-through to make sure we were prepared. I am always up for an adventure! Travel is available upon request. Prices subject to current gas/airline prices.

First, take a deep breath! Luckily, in over six years of doing this full-time, I have never had to miss an event. However, in the unlikely event that something catastrophic did arise, I would do my absolute best to find an adequate replacement if time allowed for it. I have a team including one associate planner, as well as contacts of local coordinators in both Texas & Colorado and would do my due diligence to find a substitute.

I get it! Life happens and things change, even to the best of us. In the event that you decided to reschedule your event, I would accommodate the date change (if I am not already booked for another event on that date). If you needed to cancel for some reason, I would issue a voucher to use for any of my services at a later date.

I pride myself on client satisfaction. I know that your wedding day is the most special day of your life, so I make it my job to give you the best experience possible. I have over a decade of wedding industry experience, and feel confident every single time I walk into a wedding. You can rest easy knowing that you are in good hands, and that pleasing you and bringing your vision to life is my top priority.
