Within my professional career, I have had the privilege to travel to some amazing places and have had the opportunity to plan and work with a variety of events. Even going way back to college I helped organize an unlimited amount of events and even helped the years below be on their proms! I can easily say it has always been such a fun hobby that I truly enjoyed. Now, with many different jobs tried out I can confidently say, I have found my niche.

We tailor packages according to your specific needs as a couple, focusing on day-of coordination to guarantee a seamless wedding day. We can also cover setup, breakdown, and virtual planning consultations, we aim to ensure you feel confident throughout the planning process. Our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to reality.     From the moment we started planning our wedding with Sea Breeze Events, we were impressed by their quick response time, clear communication, and easy-to-work-with approach. Cliona and Lexi, the dedicated, creative, and hard-working wedding planners, were truly invaluable in bringing our special day to life. They were always 20 steps ahead, anticipating our every need and concern. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy the celebration, knowing that everything was taken care of. Cliona even coordinated with her husband's restaurant, The Protective Club, to deliver sandwiches for the entire wedding party, while we were getting ready, which was such a thoughtful touch. Sea Breeze Events exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so grateful for their incredible service.

    I cannot recommend Cliona strongly enough! She was my Day of Coordinator, and put me at ease - not jus ton my wedding day, but from the first call we had. She knows exactly what she's doing, and has a relaxed, flexible way of doing it that made me feel like anything I needed to be handled on the day, she had it covered. She also had my back throughout the day, like keeping the bridal party on task, and even helping steer guests away from our table so my husband and I could actually eat dinner for a couple minutes. She helped move decorations from the ceremony to the reception seamlessly, and did such a good job packing everything up after recpetion, clean up the next morning was a breeze. I planned my wedding myself, but wanted someone to be me on the day of and keep everything on track. Cliona did the perfect job of that.

    Hire Sea Breeze Events. Cliodhna was the superhero at my wedding! My husband and I met her at one of the RI Bridal Expos. I’m one of those people who likes to do everything themselves, and I get anxious when I can’t. However, Cliodhna made it so effortless on my wedding day that I had zero anxiety. None, nada, zip, zilch. Okay, only a little when I was about to do our first look and walk down the aisle. But worrying about if the bartenders were set up? No. Thinking if the caterer had enough tables? Nuh-uh. And, turns out the seating chart had an error and she was able to put everyone where they needed to be and I didn’t find out until the end of the night from one of my guests. That’s how it should be. She was able to stop our guests from coming up to us while we were eating so that my husband and I could actually eat, and I’m so glad she did. She was able to set boundaries and be the person who told our wedding party “okay, if everyone is all set get out so the bride and groom can have a few minutes alone” once we signed our marriage license. I would hire her again and again, and I will recommend her to everyone I come into contact with.

    Cliona and her team were amazing to work with. We had booked her about 2 months before our wedding because we had thought we could handle all the little details ourselves. However, after making the decision to book Cliona, it was clear that was the easiest decision we made in all of our wedding planning. She helped finalize details with all of our vendors and answered all of the questions we had. It was also great to have someone who pays attention to their clients and what they want, especially on the actual day. Cliona was very attentive and helped me feel at ease knowing if anyone had questions, they could go to her rather than me as the bride. Cliona and her team are very organized and keep everyone on track. She handled all hiccups that happened with the transportation company without me ever knowing, plus handled all of the post-wedding breakdown drop off of items to where we were staying so we didn't have to worry about cleaning everything up, we could just carry on with the night and continue to spend time with our loved ones. If you're on the fence, I'd say book a coordinator, and if you can, book Cliona and her team. She is super knowledgeable about the Newport area and has connections that are really helpful.
