We are a professional wedding coordination entrepreneurship servicing New York City and the East Coast as per required. Our team presided by Steven Diaz, is excited and passionate to help couples planning the best special event.

We strive to provide a personalized planning experience uniquely prepared and perfectly planned to satisfy your love story. We will make sure your special day is stress-free. We work hand-in-hand with the venue coordinator and we cover all bases. We will be the extra set of eyes and hands to make sure that every detail is accounted for. We want your wedding day to be as perfect as you imagined.

Our full wedding package for the couple that would like assitance from start to finish. 8 months to 1.5 year before the wedding Venue research + comparison chart Budget construction and management Full Event design from scratch (Theme, concept development, inspiration meeting) Vendor research and selection Hotel room block Rehearsal dinner Production of timeline All day-of coordination with vendors. We won't leave until every activity is finished

This package involves the coordination from couples that are not residents of the place where the wedding will take place

This plan is for the couple who have some vendors, and need assistance to save time, energy and of course, stress. 4-9 months before the wedding Referral and booking of remaining vendors Review and manage current budget Production of detailed timeline All day-of coordination and communication with vendors. We will not leave until the end of the event You will still be totally relaxed on your special day, your event will just be PERFECTLY PLANNED

This is for any type of event including Weddings, corporate event, baby/bridal showers. It includes the event management to cover all bases, after all the vendors are hired. Up to 3 face-to-face meetings until the day of the event, including free initial consultation. With this package we will work along with the venue-coordinators to ensure that the event runs smoothly. We will not leave until the end of the event
