Cask Events

Woman owned and founded; Cask Events opened its doors in 2019 and has since built a track record of delivering exceptional experiences. Christina - My passion for event planning has always been about celebrating community and sharing my talents. With a degree in Event Planning and Community Recreation from Chico State, I have experience designing, planning, coordinating, and executing events from large-scale productions to intimate occasions. Kaitlyn - With a corporate background in sales and leadership, I primarily support Cask on the back end with our business arrangements, finances, and marketing.

Since 2019, we have planned and coordinated countless weddings and events. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our local vendors, and happily receive glowing feedback from them regularly on our professionalism, enthusiasm, and the above-and-beyond nature of our process. Our clients love us because we are fun, flexible, and knowledgeable. We act as a cheerleader for a process that can sometimes be overwhelming and emotional.

Our most popular package includes day of coordination plus regularly scheduled meetings, guidance, and vendor support. We work together with you to create the perfect event. (Typically booked 6 to 18 months prior to event). Check out our website for more details: https://cask.events/services

A traditional 'Day of Coordination' package with a few much-needed additions to ensure we put on an excellent event together. You plan your dream event; we execute it flawlessly. (Typically booked 6 to 8 months prior to event). Check out our website for more details: https://cask.events/services

We charge an hourly rate of $125/per hour for any additional services, including what Zola has listed below as well as: Additional consultation meetings, Additional onsite hours, Additional day of design set up, Additional say design breakdown, Decoration of the honeymoon suite, Creation and set up of restroom baskets, Additional approved DIY support, etc.
