Hello! This is me! A crazy cat lady, mom of three and a wife. I began Events by K. Ann for a very simple reason. Guests come to events looking for great food, amazing drinks and a one of a kind guest experience. We help you deliver that to your guests, all while keeping your event true to the both of you. Offer full wedding planning and coordination.

There is no one wedding alike and that goes the same for planners + coordinators! We offer a more unique planning + coordination experience. From logistics to the smaller details, we are there to do it all with you. We are changing the way coordination and planning is done by removing time restrictions within our packages. We would rather be there with you from the moment you book. We are here for you and your day. From the decor + florals to the bar service to create a custom artisan bar experience.     Kari and the team at Events by K Ann were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was consistent, timely, and accurate, which helped to minimize our stress leading up to the big day. The quality of their work was truly excellent - Kari went above and beyond for us, creating a detailed timeline that kept everything running smoothly. She was a calming presence throughout the process and on the wedding day itself, and her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience so lovely. Kari is a true professional who clearly understands how special this day is for couples, and she put 100% of her energy into taking the best care of us. I can't say enough good things about Kari and the Events by K Ann team, and I really missed working with them once the wedding was over!

    Kari and the team at Events by K Ann were an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication was fast, responsive, and excellent throughout the entire planning process. Kari and her staff were extremely passionate about making our special day perfect, and they were very accommodating in helping us work through any issues that came up. They went above and beyond, from thoughtful surprises like the speakeasy-inspired touches, to always being available to talk through details, to quickly resolving a catering error that could have been a major headache. I can't even begin to express how much my husband and I appreciated Kari's leadership - she is truly the best wedding planner, and we feel so lucky to have had the chance to work with her and her team. We had a slight issue on the day of, but Kari took care of it immediately with no questions asked. If you have the chance to work with Events by K Ann, consider yourself incredibly fortunate! The speakeasy was 1000/10, would highly recommend if it’s in your budget (please see my review from oak and ivy at home sweet home for the pictures!)
