Nicolas Perez Castelblanco, a New York-based photographer, specializes in documenting weddings and other memorable occasions. An alumnus of the New York Film Academy, Nicolas is driven by a love for preserving heartfelt emotions and timeless moments that highlight the essence of human connection.

I believe the most meaningful photos are captured when the camera goes unnoticed. No awkward poses, no rehearsed expressions—just genuine moments, your love, and the pure happiness of your celebration. Castelblanco Photography was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. The quality of Nicolas's work is simply stunning - the photos beautifully capture the artistic and unique moments of our special day. In addition to taking gorgeous, artistic pictures, we asked Nicolas to join us for a heartfelt meal where we get to learn a little more about his life. He definitely goes above and beyond to make our wedding photography day perfect. We had an incredible experience with Nico! My partner and I got married at NYC’s City Hall, and we wanted photos that captured the intimacy and uniqueness of the day. The photos are incredible, just really natural and full of good vibes. It felt like hanging out with a friend. Highly recommended!

Nicolas did our engagement photoshoot a few months back. This was the first photoshoot my fiance or I ever did and Nicolas made us super comfortable and confident. We didn't feel awkward or shy once he brought the camera out and began the shoot. He had creative ideas and utilized the setting very well. Our photos came out better than we could have imagined! I would highly recommend using Nicolas for any of your photography needs. We'd definitely hire him again in a heartbeat.

Amazing photographer! We really loved his job, we felt comfortable at all times, we were able to be ourselves in every photo pose. He helped us come up with ideas for posing and really captured every magical moment of our pre-wedding and wedding. We loved his professionalism, his ideas, his punctuality, and his empathy.
