Hey there! My name is Emilee, and I am a Minnesota-native living in NYC! I've been photographing people and events for 15 years. I shoot families, couples, individuals, and pets, but my passion lies in wedding photography. I love capturing the whirlwind of a couples' big day, and seeing the love that is shared between them and all their wedding guests. It's magical and wonderful every. single. time.
I shoot documentary-style. I strive for authenticity and vulnerability in my work, and your comfort and ease is my #1 priority! I am a true go-with-the-flow gal. I work so hard to make you feel comfortable, because THAT'S the way we are going to get the best and most beautiful, genuine photos possible. I try to put everyone I photograph at ease, and try to blend seamlessly into your day. You won't even notice me--unless you want to, and then i'll be THERE for you, I promise. Emilee was great to work with from the beginning! Overall, she made things comfortable and easy while staying professional at all times. I knew we would get along great when I found out she also came from the Midwest but knew her style would work well for our New York City wedding. Emilee made sure to meet with us prior to the wedding to discuss the plans in detail. She was then timely and thorough on our wedding day, making sure to get all the details we wanted, even staying a little late to make sure everything was covered. She was warm and friendly with us and our guests and sent a sneak-peek album of photos the very next day which was absolutely perfect! SO happy with our decision to work with Emilee!!
The most talented photographer !!!
I cannot recommend Emilee enough for anyone who would like the most fabulous photos of their special day, and the ease of mind that their day will be perfectly documented. We got married in September and Emilee graciously spent the whole day with us, documenting us getting ready, our first look, a super fun (and rainy) photoshoot, and finally our ceremony and reception. When I first met Emilee, her sweet nature and professionalism immediately made me feel like I made the perfect choice for our photographer, of course along with her amazing portfolio. She was ready to stick through the rain with us (although thankfully it only lasted a few minutes), and always responded so swiftly. Emilee’s photos look exactly how our wedding day felt. She captured moments throughout the day so perfectly that I swear look like scenes from a movie. She had a quick and very sharp eye to find and capture moments we need to remember our day by - every photo spoke a thousand words. Oh, and she delivered sneak peaks less than 2 days after our wedding day and our full wedding album within a couple short weeks!! Honestly the most talented and professional photographer ever, thank you Emilee for your great work!!

Just wonderful
We are so lucky to have Emilee for our days. Working with Emilee was a breeze, she makes you feel relaxed and just good times to be around, And that makes all the photos came out so natural and beautiful. We are also amazed how she is so fast on her feet and managed to capture everything that happened through the night without missing a beat. Greatly appreciated all the hard work she put into the amount of wonderful pictures we received. All and all We glad we get to have her before she became a superstar and we can’t get ahold of her!!! Recommended!
