Originally from Iowa with a decent chunk of time spent bopping between Minneapolis and Oregon, I love weddings + photography (duh), my nephew, a stiff gin + tonic, propagating too many damn houseplants, and my cats. Last I checked I’m an INFP, Enneagram 4, and Capricorn which makes me quite the pragmatic daydreamer + observer: as unnecessarily prepared as a Boy Scout, curiously creative, and hella laid back, all of which uniquely prepares me for the ebb and flow of a wedding day.

This isn’t a photo shoot, this is your wedding day. My main goal is to make sure you’re comfortable, having fun, and actually experiencing this very real day (that you’ve spent so long planning for!) while I photograph whatevertheheck happens—all of the sweet, silly, sad, sentimental, and strange moments and people you love. I know that there are about 5 million feelings, complex relationships, + dynamics wrapped up in a wedding day and that being professionally photographed can be a weirdly intimate thing, so I’ll be there to guide, reassure, and encourage you with my 12+ years of experience as a professional wedding guest to help.

My most popular package includes 8 consecutive hours intended for guest lists up to ~125. I can be around from the beginning while you’re getting ready and follow you throughout the day from the ceremony to dinner and some dancing or however else you plan to celebrate. BONUS: a complimentary 3 hour engagement session. typically enough time for: getting ready, a first look, the ceremony, portraits of you and your partner, family & group photos, candids, assorted details, dinner, and some dancing.

A Big Wedding

Peak pricing $7,200

Description

For the couple who wants dreamy getting ready photos and the wild dance party, we can cover it all. Intended for 125+ guests and to get all of the details, dance moves, florals, and people that make up your day. BONUS: Includes a second photographer and complimentary 3 hour engagement session. 10 hours is typically enough time for: getting ready, first look, ceremony, portraits, family & group photos, dinner, dancing, candids, details, and more: a pool jump? your grand exit?

Elopement

2 hours

Peak pricing $1,200

Description

Includes 2 consecutive hours and intended for the most intimate elopements or city halls ceremonies, where you may or may not have up to 5ish guests in attendance. Let’s shimmy to City Hall, wander along the beach, or just find a cool restaurant patio to do the damn thing. Not planning on guests? I can act as your witness! The 2 hour Elopement package is typically enough time for: the ceremony, portraits, some candids + details.

    Caitlin is a dream. From the time she arrived to the beginning moments of our wedding, Caitlin right away was comfortable with everyone. She brings an ease which allows people be calm and we honestly forgot she was there, snapping away. There were many moments where she would check in and make sure everyone was good, the energy was so sweet. We received our photos right when she said they would be done. The work Caitlin does captures the warmth, and light of a love event. My husband cried the first, second and third time we looked though the collection. We will treasure them forever. Highly, highly recommend her! 100%

    I can't say enough good things about Caitlin! My partner and I wanted more non-traditional portraiture for both our engagement photos and wedding and Caitlin just immediately understood the vibe we wanted. She's great at getting to know her clients and making you feel comfortable in front of the lens. Similarly, she just melts into the background during the wedding and captures everything you wanted and more, all without being front and center. You won't regret hiring her and I'd say book her while you still can, because she's only set to blow up more :)
