Welcome to Wild Light Films, an elevated-modern wedding videography team specializing in non-posing and fresh wedding videos and authentic Super 8mm films! As a married person myself, I understand how important it is to be mindful when searching for your wedding dream team. To me, it should feel like assembling a group of friends for a laid-back weekend. We are here to bring that fun and friendly energy, capturing every moment with warmth and authenticity.

Scott and Jules, my two experienced second shooters, are stepping up to film weddings on their own. They share the same values as I do—kindness, empathy, and respect. While still honing my style, they’ll capture your day with the same artistic touch, heartfelt moments, and balance of digital and Super 8mm film, all for $1,500 less than my main package.

    Wild Light Films was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Steven worked with our budget to create films that really impressed my wife and I, as well as our families and friends. We were originally drawn to his unique style of work, music-video like approach, and storytelling ability in capturing the essence of people’s wedding days. Working with Steven was incredible and we can’t say enough about how much we loved his work. We booked him back in 2019 for our 2020 wedding, but of course with COVID we had to push it back a year. He was super flexible and accommodating, and we still figured out a plan to have video footage of an intimate ceremony in 2020, as well as the original plan for 2021. He did such an amazing job incorporating the two ceremonies together into one seamless video, which he turned around even quicker than we expected! Steven is a delight to work with—truly a genuinely kind person. His video editing craftsmanship and storytelling are compelling—rewatching our video + highlights felt like taking us right back to the memories and joy of our day. Do yourself and your future self a favor and get Steven to make your wedding video that you’ll cherish for years to come.
