The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. In 2011 we purchased an old dairy farm in a quiet corner of Harrisville, New Hampshire. We cleared fields, planted orchards and gardens, built barns and a commercial kitchen, boiled maple syrup, raised pigs and sheep, and opened a farm store. Our goal was to create a thriving farm that would serve our family, the community, and visitors like you. Today, that dream is a reality. The Common Man Inn & Restaurant is a wedding venue located in Claremont, NH. Previously home to two textile mills, the restored venue offers a rustically elegant setting for any occasion and a cozy Inn next door! The Sugar River Ballroom seats up to 150 people and boasts stunning views of the Sugar River through tall windows set into thick brick walls and exposed beams that are original to the historic mill building. The Woven Label Boardroom seats up to 45 people and features original brick walls, welcoming fireplace, and elegant floor to ceiling bookcases.
