Our historic, nineteenth-century, recently renovated barn is surrounded by natural beauty with picturesque rolling green pastures grazed by Angus cows and Border Leceister sheep, as well as hay fields, and crop and cut flower fields. Our stately barn sits at the top of a hill overlooking the Vloman Kill. Our family has farmed this land in Albany County, NY for over two hundred years and we would like to share this beautiful property with you for your special day.

The Hangar at 743 acts as a truly memorable wedding location, for everything from breathtaking wedding party photos to an expansive dance floor and plenty of amenities for a perfect day. Weddings at the venue can utilize 8,000 square feet of space, which offers plenty of flexibility for different configurations, including seated dinners, passed appetizers, and after-dinner dancing. Weddings that include live entertainment can have bands and performers set up on the second level, allowing everyone in attendance to enjoy the performance. The venue bar area includes a Kegerator, ice machine, and beverage cooler for use by bar staff, while caterers and waitstaff can use the dedicated kitchenette with sinks and a microwave for preparation and staging. Clients of The Hangar at 743 have access to a separate and comfortable preparation space that allows them to enjoy a picture perfect and safe space to retreat if they need touch ups.

The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.

Mark's Good Apples Farm is a former dairy, nestled into the hills of Bloomville, NY, boasting a 1790's farmhouse, post and beam barn, fruiting orchard & lush hay fields. Hyde Hall is considered the finest example of a neoclassic country mansion anywhere in the United States. Besides weddings, the property can throw engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and birthdays. Outside vendors can also work on the premises to ensure everything is tailored to your vision. Moreover, once your festivities have concluded, you and a few important guests can stay overnight in the comfortable on-site accommodations.

Brookledge is a 60 acre, magical oasis set in the rolling hills of Saratoga, NY. We offer a serene space for weddings and private events, as well as cabins and glamping tents for rent. Brookledge is for the nature loving couple who wants to get married amidst the elements - think running streams, moody woods, sunshine, and crackling brooks. Our venue is a working cider apple farm and distillery with an orchard, greenhouse, vegetable & flower gardens, a flock of 50 exotic chickens, Sebastopol geese, Soay sheep and two super sweet Chihuahuas named Isabella and Mela. Our barn was built in the late 1870's. It has been renovated over the last few years to be the perfect space for up to 130 guests. We got married in our barn and had 80 of our closest friends and family for the event. It’s the ideal venue for these smaller weddings.

The Greenport The Greenport is perhaps the most elegant space of its type in the Hudson Valley. It features a historic school gymnasium, which has been refurbished while still retaining many breathtaking architectural details. The Greenport offers 2 getting ready rooms, use of our full catering kitchen for your caterer, ballroom, cocktail lounge and patio (weather permitting), guest tables, 6’ & 8’ tables, china, flatware, glassware, stage, venue coordinator, mahogany chiavari chairs, and on-site guest parking.

Rokeby is a designated Historic Landmark, still privately owned by the descendants of Alida Livington, for whom the house was built in 1815.

The Ruins at Sassafras Museum is the home of the former Shaker Second Family settlement, one of five Shaker settlements in The Mount Lebanon Shaker Village in New Lebanon, New York. We call ourselves a boutique museum because unlike other Shaker Museums that replicate the past, we have interpreted the past and creatively restored each location on the property. You can tour the last standing Shaker Chair Factory, explore the ruins of the Sister's Workshop, Cow Barn, and Hay Ramp, hike to the cemetery where 173 Shakers are buried, and enjoy the beauty of our gardens, waterfall, stream and pond.

This historic Japanese garden and summer cottage were built at the turn of the last century. A private estate spanning 125 acres of gardens, fields, streams, mountains and trails, it has remained in the same family all this time. The garden is recognized as an important example of the Japanese “strolling” garden from that era. Because the estate remains in private hands, it is made available by the family for special occasions on a limited basis (2-3 ceremonies per year) The venue includes the Japanese garden and the surrounding meadows and fields.
