The Historic Wakefield Barn is a National Historic Site that sits on 14 acres – the property includes a bridal suite, horse barn, the main barn and outdoor event spaces. The property is still an active horse farm, with two horses who live on-site named Mandatory, and Jackson!

We loved the ability to get ready in the gorgeous bridal suite filled with natural light, have our ceremony outside under the gorgeous Magnolia Tree, have a cocktail hour on the wrap-around porch and bottom floor of the house, and have a reception on the back patio.
