The Lucas Farm

This space offers approximately 2000 square feet of space to host a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony or wedding reception or all three. The barn has central hvac, 3 exquisite chandaliers, tongue and groove pine ceilings and original rough-cut timber walls. There is a 29x26 patio with Edison lights with tables and chairs and a fire pit as well as a 22x14 front patio.

This newly finished barn features cedar siding, a tin ceiling, full electric, 14 church pews, tables and chairs. There are 2 20x50 concrete lean-to's on each side of the barn. The vast 30 foot raise up doors has a feel of being outside while protecting you for the elements. This space can be used for a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony or reception space. This barn is nestled in the back pecan trees between large pine stands.

This ham house was converted into a bar shed for the bar area. The bar is equipped with a large reach on cooler, 3 large coolers and rustic bar inside. The windows open in and there is a surf board or mahogany bar the is attached to serve on.

This building was originally used as a carriage house in which the carriages were stored. This space has been transformed into a caterers kitchen and 2 restrooms. The space is equipped with an ice machine that holds 500 lbs of ice, a double door refrigerator, warning oven and ample stainless countertop space. The space has central hvac and ample electrical capacity.

This 1903 Schoolhouse was actually used as a schoolhouse in the early 1900's. This space was transformed into a guesthouse where the groom and groomsmen get ready. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths as well as a full kitchen. The schoolhouse can be rented out for an additional fee.

The Farmhouse was built in 1840. The Lucas family bought the farm in 1875 and it has remained in the family since that time. Extensive renovations were done to the house in 2020. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. A full kitchen, bar room, large living room, dining room, card room and sun room. The house has a large front porch and 2 back porches. The bride and bridesmaids have full access to the house to get ready in the day of the wedding.
