We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. A story similar to many others during the recent years, when Anika's steady work in TV/Film came to a grinding halt during the pandemic, she asked herself "now what?!" Soon after, she rediscovered her love of flowers and decided to take on small projects when she had the time. Born was her love affair for flowers and specifically her company, Marigolds Florals. Now offering bookings for weddings and events in 2025-2026 she is ready to take Marigolds to the next level.

“When you spend months communicating through a phone and blindly trust your florist to see the vision through - and she absolutely does!! I cannot express how grateful I was to find Marigolds Florals!! We specifically wanted to support small businesses with a priority on minority/woman owned. Afterall, small businesses and creatives literally keep art, passion, and customer service alive in an economy where everything seems transactional.
