Floral design studio that loves filling smaller, intimate events and weddings with local, seasonal blooms designed around a color palette you love. We're located in Haddon Heights and serve clients in both South Jersey and Philadelphia.

We want to avoid the major transportation footprint and chemicals needed to keep imported blooms healthy during their journey. Stems from local flower farms look better, last longer and smell better. They’re straight up magic. We try to source local as much as possible when it’s an option! If you're a couple who wants very specific stems, we're not the florist for you. We love couples open to using the season's freshest blooms that fit within a color palette they love.

    I had nothing but a delightful experience working with South Stems florist for my wedding! Cara is so talented and a true artist. We had a few chats leading up to the wedding to go over what kind color pattern I wanted, types of flowers, vases etc. I knew that I could let her just do her thing and I would love the outcome regardless. Cara was very responsive in emails and texts, we couldn’t have asked for better. I was in complete awe walking into our reception, the flowers were absolutely beautiful just as I knew they would be. South Stems arrived on time for setup and breakdown and delivered my bouquet and boutonnière to our hotel where we were getting ready. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, our wedding day was very seamless thanks to South Stems!
