In 2015, James and Marissa Lowry hosted their wedding on the property. With over 400 guests and a beautiful ceremony under the Osage tree, an idea was brought to life. With hard work, dedication, and of course faith, James and Marissa sought to build a place where Family and Friends come to gather. Our modern barn provides the perfect reception space. Inside you will find beautifully placed round tables for guests and long wooden tables and chairs for the bridal party.

We are a family built and run business that has been in operation for over 12 years! The Pavilion was designed and built by our owner, Nancy Barger, and her dad. It's situated on her family farm and overlooks Bluegrass Lake, which is right in the heart of Knoxville!
