We were a couple who had to postpone our wedding from 2020 due to covid, and throughout the process Neil did everything he could to help us find a new date, kept us up-to-date on current guidelines, and once we had a new date, guided us through planning the perfect wedding reception. On the day of the event, everything went so perfectly! He and his staff are true professionals who made our wedding day everything we’d hoped for and more! Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

They are wonderful communicators, Erin helped me with a dress situation and was hands on, Myles was out during first look carrying my dress for me, and just have the most amazing personalities; I truly feel they go above and beyond for their couples. The venues site itself is stunning and watching come to life with the help of their incredible room of decor is something out of a storybook. “Since our first steps inside Mill 1, I personally fell in love & immediately knew that this would be our place. The rustic, industrial charm speaks for itself! Fast forward through planning, everything was made pretty easy, questions were always answered promptly, & communication was always clear. It was made known from day one that, if I wanted it - I would have it! And believe me Adrianna and Will made sure that was the case through it all. Day of setting up, I didn't even have to lift a finger & everything looked more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Mill 4 ceremony space, decorated equally as beautiful & a ceremony made so seamless thanks to Adrianna & wills guidance! And reception - I couldn't have asked for a better party! Food by Seth Mias was delicious! Drinks by bar staff were absolutely PERFECT. Adrianna and Will were always a step away to help with whatever we needed, even down to being a bouncer for unwelcome guests! I am grateful we chose mill 1 and will continue to choose mill 1 for any upcoming events we might host! It was such a pleasure planning, working & partying with them! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!

“My husband and I have always loved visiting breweries and are big craft beer fans. When I saw that Pipe Dream had an event room, we knew that we had to have our reception there. Pipe Dream made my wedding affordable, unique, and memorable. The space is beautiful, and they encourage you to add your personal touch with your own decorations. We were able to use their amazing sound system to play our reception music with all of our favorite songs, but there is space for a DJ if you decide to go that route! Beyond the space being absolutely perfect, the staff is what really made our wedding so special. Their event coordinator Morgan was very responsive, easy to work with, and flexible. It was very apparent she wanted us to have the best day possible, and is passionate about what she does. Our personal bartender and Chef Corey made the evening flow flawlessly. They have a large catering menu, so we decided to go with a variety of pizza and salad. Our food was out on time, and the pizza was warm for all of our guests. We also love that they have a wide variety of beer / seltzer that even non beer drinkers can enjoy. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and the overall experience! If you're thinking about having a small intimate wedding, I could not recommend Pipe Dream enough!”
