About this venue

Welcome to our gorgeous industrial-chic mill space! Located on the grounds of an old shoe manufacturer, our space has a rich history that we're proud to showcase. We're a refreshingly modern & adaptable gathering space that can be intimate and hold up to ~300 guests. Neighboring Distillery, lodging onsite, .5 mile access to downtown, and just a 9-minute drive to the airport. Vendor Flexibility, 20’ ceilings, No Drink or Food Minimum, Food Truck Access and Catering Prep Kitchen. We provide a safe and joyful space for everyone to come together, hosting multicultural celebrations, embracing same-sex weddings, and collaborating with BIPOC partners and vendors to create meaningful experiences for all.

Amazing. The experience was fantastic and the girls had my back every step of the way. They thought of so many details I never would have even considered. They were so attentive to everything I needed and had so many different ideas to help guide me through the whole thing.

I cannot recommend The venues at the factory enough! I’ve worked there a few times now as a floral vendor coordinator, and since then I have suggested it to so many people! The space is funky and unique, the staff is so sweet, and the all around vibe is spot on. If you are looking for a unique and customizable space for your big day, definitely check them out :)

We absolutely have loved photographing weddings at this venue. It is customizable to each bride's vision and has amazing natural lighting (that we LOVE!). Their venue coordinator, Marlana, is so kind, professional, communicative, and easy to work with! Can't wait to return this upcoming wedding season!

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances and hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.

Yes, we offer a mega listing of all 16 of our Airbnb units and the ability to book individual rooms.

Yes, our bridal suite for an additional fee can include a bathroom and kitchen.

We offer an onsite distillery, and comic book store. We also have a food truck patio for food trucks to pull up and plug in.

Our building is located 3.5 miles away from Manchester Airport in Manchester, NH. You can reach our venue by private car or taxi.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed per hour at an agreed to price. Our on property quiet hours go into effect at 10p and the event must be wrapped up at that time.

Yes, we offer ~30 on-site parking spots as well as 80 on street parking spots. If your group would like a valet solution for all cars to be in a parking facility we can arrange for that at an agreed upon cost.

Yes, we do require event insurance. We also require that all vendors are insured and list us as an additionally insured entity. We will require them to provide a COI.

No, we require you to work with one of our preferred bartending vendors.
