Nestled on 7 acres of picturesque landscape, this European-inspired venue will captivate and delight. We take your vision and curate a timeless experience that brings the most value for your special occasion. The Villa Mirabela team is prepared to make it memorable and stress-free. Your only priority should be celebrating with loved ones.

Couples can accommodate up to 132 guests at this venue. The lush garden serves as a memorable backdrop as you say “I do” in front of your loved ones. You can then take your formal pictures around the private property. For your cocktail hour, Vizcaya Villa offers its charming, covered Lakeside Pavilion & Lounge area. Finally, you can dance the night away in their Artisan Ballroom. Expansive windows allow for scenic views of both the wooded grounds and the lake. A wrap-around balcony creates a tranquil site for guests to socialize and admire the sunset. You and your wedding party can utilize the private Bridal Suite and Groom Room as comfortable spaces to prepare before the start of your celebration. The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

This a working family-owned farm. All of the wooden structures have been built with wood off this land. We also have a pick-your-own blueberry operation in June and July. We currently have an country setting venue just miles from downtown Raleigh.

In the year of 1762, Mr. Newberry and Mr. Thames purchased the land from Mr. Gray. In the deed, there was mention of a sawmill and grist mill on the place, but no mention of a house. In 1833 Mr. Byrne purchased the land from Mr. Newberry. At this time the house and store were on the land. Later on Mr. Byrne sold the land, and it change hands several times..." The house served as a mill home, store, and the Gray's Creek post office for many years.

Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. Today, there is an unexpected immersive experience that brings history, nature and modern elegance together in total privacy.
