The historic Featherbone Factory was established by E.K. Warren in 1883. An ardent prohibitionist, Warren revolutionized the manufacturing of ladies’ corsets and buggy whips. Just 5 miles from I-94, Journeyman is located in the quaint village of Three Oaks—the heart of Michigan’s Harbor Country. The Chapel at The Morris Estate (formerly Morris Farms) has been providing a breathtaking backdrop for weddings since 1938. E.M. Morris built The Chapel as the Centre Meeting House on his 1,000 acre farm in Niles, Michigan. It began as the setting for his daughter's wedding and has since hosted important events for both the Morris family and community. Although there have been renovations to add modern conveniences, the property's quaint atmosphere and rich heritage will continue to be maintained. The area surrounding The Chapel provides a lovely and convenient location for a reception after the ceremony. Lodging is also available on this historic property with 9 luxurious suites as well as 2 private cabins for a honeymoon getaway.

Long before this space became Archival Brewing, it used to be a sprawling golf course and club house. Transformed to what it is today, a Brewery with a beautiful view. On good days you can head outside onto the deck or into the Biergarten. Here you'll find three fire pits surrounded by cozy Adirondack chairs. There are four cornhole courts and two bocce ball courts. Seating for up to 100 but plenty of space for more to roam. Archival Brewing prides itself in its historic brews. We no longer manage our Zola site, please reach us on our website. Basic pricing: $3,200 for Saturday, $2,900 for Friday, and $4,200 for Friday & Saturday rental. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On-site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. 130 person capacity.
