The Clancy House was built in 1922 and has over 1900sf of space. It is decorated in an eclectic, funky yet functional way that allows you and your guests to feel comfortable. We are located in Historic Rivertown in Kenner, LA and are the only venue with and overnight option! We would love to host your event whether it be a shower, cocktail party, celebration of life, engagement or a wedding. Or you can get gather your bridal party and spend the night before your wedding, get ready the day of and then spend your wedding night with us! The possibilities are endless! We have several inclusive wedding packages available as well from and elopement to an inclusive wedding weekend.

When reserving your special day, we aim to make the process as easy as possible and accommodate your needs at every step in the process. In general, our space can accommodate up to 300 guests, and we have multiple spaces in order to make your day special and unique. We allow you to work with any vendors you choose as long as they are licensed and insured, however we are happy to share our favorites with you.

House of Broel was built as a story and a half family dwelling in 1850 in the Garden District of New Orleans. In 1884 the family decided they needed room for weddings and parties so they had the house lifted, making it a two and a half story mansion that we use today for events as they did back centuries ago. The Victorian style makes for the perfect romantic setting for your wedding, as well as the enjoyment of being on historic Saint Charles Avenue with its access to many five star hotels and the Street Car line.

The Capital on Baronne has been hosting weddings, parties, and events in New Orleans since 2018. Our luxury property offers the diversity to be able to accommodate 100 guests up to 700 guests. We are one of the only venues in the downtown area that can seat 300 plus guests for a seated plated dinner all together that is not your typical hotel ballroom. Want to host your ceremony with us too no problem. Our custom-built removable walls and floor to ceiling curtain will help to create two separate spaces. The Capital on Baronne is so much more than your traditional venue! The Capital was built in 1927 originally as Canal Bank by Emile Weil.
