This venture was called Grinds & Vine Coffee Bar, where the community was the most important factor of his establishment. One day Alexa came in as a guest to study and have some coffee. They shared some great conversations about food and life then quickly became friends, which then blossomed into something more. I am Cristin Thornhill, owner of Cakes by Cristin. I started designing cakes for family and friends many years ago as a hobby. I officially launched Cakes by Cristin when I found myself a single mom of a special needs son, and vivacious daughter.
