    We catered from FUEGOSLA, and it was an absolute hit! Their empanadas are truly the best in Los Angeles. Our guests couldn’t get enough of the Meat, vegan meat, Caprese, and Humita. Each one was a flavor-packed delight. The crust was perfectly flaky, and the fillings were rich and satisfying.     I've engaged Fuegos LA twice now, once for a film shoot and once for a private event, and both times they went above and beyond. They were punctual and fully prepared.     FUEGOS Empanadas are packed with flavor. They have several incredible plant based options in addition to their crowd favorite vegetarian Caprese & Cheese and Onion and the amazing chicken or hand cut beef Empanadas. They make the ordering process incredibly easy and bake their empanadas to perfection. Everything from ordering to eating was easy. I highly recommend them for any event.
