    Nomada was the best part of our wedding day. They were thoughtful, generous, and caring throughout. The quality of their work and value was truly unmatched - the food was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about it long after the wedding - so much so that people who did not even go to the wedding have asked me about it! They went above and beyond to care for us and our guests, even making a custom quesadilla for our hungry daughter during photos. Beyond that, they went out of their way to hand deliver it to her upstairs. The Nomada team made our special day truly memorable, and we couldn't recommend them more highly. I cannot wait to use them in the future!

    If you're planning a wedding and wanting to do something truly AMAZING with your catering, then quit scrolling and reach out to NOMADA right now! If that one sentence doesn't pull you in, let us explain how everything went down for us! We reached out to NOMADA through email and had the absolute pleasure of working with Laura who was super professional, helpful, and always coming up with ways to make our event even better! We got to meet her and the NOMADA team in person at our tasting and it was WONDERFUL! They let us try everything (which we recommend going with an absolutely empty stomach because you're gonna want to try EVERYTHING)! We fell in love with all of the food (especially the Chilean Sea bass tacos--YUMMM!) and we were already tailoring what we would want for our wedding menu! After the tasting, we signed a contract that they really helped tailor towards our event and make sure that everything was covered (i.e. mobile kitchens, chips and salsa, servers, etc.). After that, we had to wait a few months until the event (just DREAMING of eating their delicious food) and all during that time, they answered all of our questions and made sure we felt taken care of! When it was finally time for our wedding... NOMADA WAS INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests told us they were some of the best tacos/food they have EVER had at a wedding before! They also couldn't stop talking about how nice and helpful the team of servers were! Overall, the whole team SMASHED IT out of the park in every sense and we truly couldn't have been more thankful them! Overall, the food was delicious, the service was efficient and so personable, and all of their attention to detail throughout the whole planning process was unmatched. Our guests felt so taken care of and well fed as everyone went back for seconds (and possibly thirds)! They are worth every single penny! Now quit reading this long review and book them because they are the absolute best! :D

    They are incredible!! Choosing Nomada for your wedding will result in guests saying things like “that is the best ___ I have ever had!” The tacos, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts all tasted incredible and received raving reviews from our guests. The entire staff was professional and easy to work with, the serving area they set up looks great. The experience of getting your tacos and seeing them cook the tortillas is unique and fun. We could not be more happy about choosing Nomada and would recommend it to anyone!!

    My cousin, giving advice to me for my wedding, said, "No one remembers the food at weddings, its just chicken or fish, don't sweat it", and I took that as a challenge. With a sizeable contingent of my family having celiac disease, and being gluten and dairy intolerant myself, I wanted to find a meal that was majority restriction-diet friendly without non-restricted guests noticing. NOMADA's menu was perfect for our crowd - the passed apps, mobile kitchen taco bar, and all the fixings, sides, and beverages were all gluten and dairy free, and no one with celiac got sick. In addition, our venue did not have a kitchen, so their mobile outdoor kitchen set-up meant we had fresh, hot tortillas and tacos, instead of food cooked offside and reheated right before service. It was a smash hit - Guests went back for seconds and thirds. Salsas ranged from mild to medium spiciness, but were all so flavorful they didn't need to be spicier, and the yellow salsa especially was the talk of the night. The service, presentation, taste, and everything was perfect; at least two friends who attended the wedding are planning to use them for future events they were so impressed. The appetizer meatballs - a can't miss.
