The Catlett Farm was an amazing space that was as peaceful as it was exciting. So many different locations to experience the entire wedding day! The staff goes above and beyond to bring your vision to life. I could not have imagined our day without them! In our business, we have had the pleasure of doing mini events at many different venues. This one is at the top of our list. For many different reasons, but one of the main reasons is the quality of the venue and the service for the price that the customer pays. I think it’s the biggest bang for your buck around. Amanda and Todd truly made our wedding memorable. All the guests commented on how beautiful their property is. Very professional and easy to work! We toured eight venues before my husband came across their venue and it was a fantastic decision. They have so many options for where you want your ceremony to be held. Fortunately we had perfect weather, but their venue has the best back-up plan to hold a beautiful ceremony indoors if you need to or want to!

Sugarneck
Sanford, NC
  • Up to 125 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $7,200

Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. Today, there is an unexpected immersive experience that brings history, nature and modern elegance together in total privacy.

The Farm on Cotton

5.0

Sanford, NC
  • Up to 125 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $4,500

The Farm on Cotton is a rustic wedding venue located in Sanford, NC. Nestled on fourteen acres of pastoral land featuring a working apple orchard and adorable farm animals, this venue offers a rural ambiance with a touch of elegance. A short drive from Raleigh, you and your loved ones can enjoy the seclusion of this stunning location with the convenience of nearby big city amenities.

When you think of everything your wedding could be thus venue exceeds that. When we entered this venue me and my husband knew it was "the one". The space, the owner, what's included for the pricepoint....well it was everything and more. Once our wedding day came it was seamless. We had a little rain in the morning, but that staff wiped everything down and we were able to have out ceremony on the overlook. Jamie (the owner) kept us on schedule and worked behind the scenes with her staff and my vendors to make sure everything was a dream come true. I cant recommend this venue enough and I wouldn't change a thing.
