Elevate your event at the restored classic The Melody Event Center located in Central Eastside Portland. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. We offer four additional spaces; The Morrison, Hawthorne, Portlandia and Broadway perfect for smaller events and meetings. Each room features this historic buildings original large scale windows displaying beautiful natural light. The Melody Event Center is a full service venue offering; onsite catering, offsite catering upon request, bar services, parking, A/V services, custom lighting, room setup, decoration packages and event planning.

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

Located in the heart of Portland's trendy Pearl District, Everett West is a modern-industrial event space that can be transformed into anything imaginable. The space features poured concrete floors, reclaimed wood accents, gorgeous chandeliers and 18' ceilings with skylights. We also have secluded private patio perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hour.

From intimate to elaborate our venue has you covered! Our two world renowned restaurants, Departure and Urban Farmer can host small gatherings of up to 30 attendees, while our larger Ballroom and Cityview Living Room can host up to 500 attendees. Have your wedding ceremony on our rooftop or in our ballroom with a reception following in one of our more casual spaces like the Barrel Room or elegant Nines Ballroom. Our hotel is housed in the Meier & Frank Building, built in 1909 and is rich in Portland history yet has a modern, artistic feel being home to over 2 million dollars worth of art by Pacific Northwest artists. We have 331 guestrooms onsite and offer courtesy room blocks, bridal getting ready rooms and suites. Our hotel is silver LEED certified, has its own herb garden and bee hive on our rooftop contributing to our multiple sustainable practices. The Village Ballroom was established in 1909. If the handcrafted hardwood floors could talk, we would fill a library with stories from the gatherings and celebrations that have been shared within. The enchanting ballroom sits on the second story of the turn-of the-century building, and many of its historic features remain today, such as ornate radiators and milk glass light fixtures. Adjacent to the ballroom is a comfortable sitting lounge, as well as a bar/beverage service room. Every rental package includes use of our our tables and chairs, as well as our in-house sound system. With a 250-standing capacity and 130-sitting capacity, it can accommodate both intimate and large gatherings. The Village Ballroom welcomes all expressions of love and celebration, and will treat every client with respect and professionalism, offering clear communication and transparent policies from the initial inquiry process through event execution.

Centrally located in the heart of North Portland, The Baker Building is available to host your wedding, reception and ceremony. This historic building has been thoughtfully updated, keeping many of the original details while adding a modern touch. The building features a second floor ballroom with exposed rafters and hanging café lights, elegant hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room is conveniently located just next to the ballroom as well as two private suites for guests. *All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, surround sound PA system, wireless microphones and overhead projector. *We offer an open vendor policy which means that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.

Welcome to Lakeside Gardens. Lakeside Gardens blends tall cedars, weeping willows, and lakes surrounded by a garden paradise. We are a Private Event Facility situated on 7 beautiful acres. We schedule events year-round. Our maximum capacity is 300 guests. Lakeside Gardens is both a beautiful and productive setting for every event. Evenings at Lakeside Gardens are gorgeous year round. At night, the grounds twinkle with lights lining the bridges and outlining the roof. White landscape lights encircle the lakes and charming outdoor lamps light your way for a romantic nighttime stroll.
