About this venue

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

100 guests maximum | pricing is for all event types. $1,000, per event, the customer selects desired 12hr rental window between 6 am - 11 pm, $150 per hour additional after 12 hrs and exceeding 2:00 am.

Weekend Special

Off-peak pricing $1,500

Description

This includes weekend 12hr Special, the customer selects 12 hr rental between 8 am-2 am, additional hourly rate will be $200 per hour. 100 guests maximum. Pricing is for all event types.

    I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.
