The only negative I would have to say is how they upcharge for pretty much everything and were coming from out of town so our calls with the venue coordinator were done through phone calls. On our second call the coordinator was not prepared and yawned quite a bit through the entirety of the meeting. Other than those little bumps the process was great. Our family had a great time and the venue was truly beautiful.”
