Shayla, We greatly appreciate your feedback and want to address some points. The package you booked with us was our Modest Package, which involves a higher level of participation from the couple in the planning process, this was NOT a full service package as the review states. We began planning with you on January 26, 2024, 145 days before your wedding. From the start, we worked closely with you, providing an online planning portal and maintaining daily and weekly communication via our messaging app, often responding within just a few hours—even as late as 10 PM. We had 5 video calls and a final walkthrough together - beyond our contracted calls, as we believe it is important to give our couples what they need to ensure success of each event. Your concerns about the wedding day surprised us, as we were onsite early and fully engaged despite the extreme heat and day-of changes, supporting both you and your guests throughout the day. We were in constant communication with you and your groom for the entire day. When your photographer arrived late, we adjusted the timeline smoothly. Our team stayed ahead of schedule, greeted and assisted guests, and completed all tasks on our production list. We did have a conversation with you after your wedding day and discussed your concerns about the ceremony floor arch not being set up as expected. We explained that we had begun setting it up and had to pause due to requests from the venue and other vendors. Unfortunately, a bridesmaid altered the setup before we could return to finish it, well before the start of your ceremony. Additionally, some decor adjustments were made due to the heat and venue constraints, which differed from our original plan. You acknowledged that you understood why we made the decisions that we made when we had our conversation after your wedding. Throughout the planning process, we discussed the possibility of making changes on the wedding day due to unforeseen circumstances, and you repeatedly expressed trust in our judgment. Every decision we made was with your best interests and vision in mind. Despite the minor adjustments, your day was beautiful, and we managed everything swiftly and efficiently. Regarding your comment about us seeming eager to leave before ensuring your happiness, we recall speaking with both you and your husband before you departed. You both expressed how pleased you were, asked us to take care of the florals for you, as you didn't want to handle them, taking home large arrangements to be helpful to you, and even mentioned wanting to work with us in the future as a team member. You told us how much fun you had during the planning process and would love to be apart of it again. Thank you again for your feedback and we are so sad that we did not have a conversation prior to writing a review so we could discuss each aspect that you were concerned about. We value our relationship and the trust you've placed in us. We wish you the happiest marriage and life together, that you deserve! We couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.
