“Since our first steps inside Mill 1, I personally fell in love & immediately knew that this would be our place. The rustic, industrial charm speaks for itself! Fast forward through planning, everything was made pretty easy, questions were always answered promptly, & communication was always clear. It was made known from day one that, if I wanted it - I would have it! And believe me Adrianna and Will made sure that was the case through it all. Day of setting up, I didn't even have to lift a finger & everything looked more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Mill 4 ceremony space, decorated equally as beautiful & a ceremony made so seamless thanks to Adrianna & wills guidance! And reception - I couldn't have asked for a better party! Food by Seth Mias was delicious! Drinks by bar staff were absolutely PERFECT. Adrianna and Will were always a step away to help with whatever we needed, even down to being a bouncer for unwelcome guests! I am grateful we chose mill 1 and will continue to choose mill 1 for any upcoming events we might host! It was such a pleasure planning, working & partying with them! Thank you again Adrianna & Will!”

We are Northampton's newest, most modernized banquet facility, however Union Station has been a fixture for over 100 years. Originally built in 1897, Union Station pairs history and modernization, with our premiere 200 seat ballroom, three restaurants, and adjoining ancillary spaces such as The Atrium, The Lounge, and The Blue Goose. We host an array of events that are just as unique as we are! Weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, corporate events, and more.

“As soon as we toured Union Station Banquets, my parents, fiance, and I all agreed that it was the perfect venue. The architecture is beautiful, the layout is easy for guests, and there are unique historical touches to make it special. The packages are surprisingly affordable and met our needs. What we didn't discover until later was how amazing the coordinator, Neil, and his staff are. They are truly professionals. They are responsive to inquiries, extremely organized, and just altogether on top of things. They took care of everything for us, making planning and executing the wedding day a breeze. The day went off without a hitch and we are still receiving so many compliments from guests about how great their experience was. I really can't imagine going through the whole wedding process without Neil and his team; it would have been so overwhelming, especially since I don't have as much time as the average bride to devote to wedding planning and coordinating all the little nuances involved. We did splurge on the Asian Station and the ice cream sundae/coffee bar, both were big hits and really helped to keep the party flowing for adults and kids alike. We would recommend Union Station Banquets to anyone, amazingly through a year of working together to coordinate our day we don't have a single negative comment to make about them, they are outstanding!”

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

“If you're like me that didn't know what to do and how to start planning your wedding especially if you just have 3 months to do everything PLEASE don't waste your time anymore, The Boylston Rooms have everything you need and more with an AMAZING price. I got there knowing nothing and they guide me through everything step and assume that everything would be okay and they kept their words, my wedding run smoothly and so fast and my fiance and I didn't have to worry about anything. Myles was my wedding planner and the person who stood with me till the end, and Erin was so amazing since the first meeting to know the place and make sure to not go above our bucket.”
