Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. Established in 1969, the 50-acre parcel in Brunswick with nothing more than an old barn and a dream.
