I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Tall Oaks Event Complex. They were incredibly attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. The venue itself is lovely, with a great outdoor space that is perfect for weddings. The value they provide is excellent, and I would highly recommend Tall Oaks Event Complex to any couples looking for a beautiful and well-managed wedding venue.

We were one of the first couples to book at Tall Oaks. We took a chance when at the time the venue was just a construction site. So happy we took that leap of faith. As a new venue, of course there were hurdles throughout our journey but the destination far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was perfect and the venue is stunning beautiful, Taylor and Sarah were wonderful and the entire service staff not only did their job well but made the night FUN. I can only imagine how incredible it will be for couples once the carriage house is complete, lovers lane, etc. Tall Oaks offers so many great additional amenities. I would call it a “one stop shop” for venue, on site accommodations, beautiful scenery for pictures, etc. If I could do it over again, I would definitely book with Tall Oaks again.

Yes, valet parking and golf cart service is available as well.

Yes! Tall Oaks was designed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act policies. We provide close handicap parking, elevator access, golf cart service to and from the parking lot upon request, guests can also load and unload passengers at the front of the barn before parking in the parking lot.

6 hours from the start of cocktail hour to the end of the reception. 1 Hour for the ceremony. Set-Up is from 1 pm - 4 pm

Our rental agreement contract will be sent to you via email for your review and signature. At the time of the signature, a non-refundable deposit (some exceptions may apply) of 1/3 of the facility fee is required and payable via cash, check, or credit card (subject to additional charges).

Yes, we do require all guests to use our in-house catering services. We have a highly skilled chef and culinary staff that ensures all of our food will be perfect for your event! Not to mention, we offer all-inclusive food packages and A La Carte options as well.

We have compiled a list of wonderful vendors that are from Kirtland and surrounding areas! Clients are also welcomed to hire their own photographer, florist, wedding cake designer, videographer, and many other service professionals.

We understand that the world is facing a tough time and there are many rules and mandates in place. Tall Oaks follow all state mandates, but we are able to accommodate any and all requirements to the best of our ability! You will work closely with our Event Manager and General Manager to ensure the best event ever while staying safe!

At Tall Oaks we love pets and we know how much they mean to you. So yes, the barn is pet friendly for ceremony and pictures only! However, we do ask for your pet's safety and the safety of your guests, that you have someone watching your pet at all times and cleaned up after.
