We are a 75,000 square foot, full service facility, housing a 15,000 square foot grand lobby as well as a 1,000 square foot indoor chapel. We are also known for the diversity of our space as we are able to customize floor plans In addition we have been able to provide an 83 all suite, Mid- Level Hotel, The Wingate by Wyndham, including luxurious bridal suites. The onsite hotel accommodation allows for planning with ease for out of town guests. Six generations of the Patterson family in Chesterland have played their part in connecting people with where their food comes from. It has turned into the present destination for families looking for quality fruit and fun opportunities for their children on the farm. We offer our Banquet room for indoor wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests. We have multiple outdoor sites for wedding ceremonies. Our apple orchard is well suited for an outdoor tent event for up to 400 guests. The Buckeye conference room for meetings, gatherings, training classes during the week for up to 30 guests
