(Well-behaved furry friends are welcome in our Tap Room space!) Formerly open to the public as the main bar and tasting room, the Tap Room is a fan favorite featuring lots of natural light and a large copper bar. The space also includes an outdoor patio that can expand the footprint of your event and allow guests to enjoy all that the beautiful VT seasons have to offer.

Catering By Dale began over 22 years ago as an off-premise catering company. CBD is now the proud owner of Copper at Dorset, our new commercial kitchen, offering takeout lunches and weekly meals, event space with food and full bar service, ticketed theme parties and all of our off-premise catering including, regular clients, weddings and corporate events.

Waterworks is located inside of the historic Champlain Mill situated alongside the beautiful Winooski River. With a 3-season deck and River House private events space, Waterworks offers options for micro weddings, or up to 200 guests.
