Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were planning our wedding from out of town and she made it so easy. Like a lot of couples, we had a mix of fleshed-out ideas and vague ideas, and Victoria helped us come up with a beautiful wedding that felt personal and unique to us. My only regret is not leaning on her more, since I know she would have found exactly what we were looking for and saved us a lot of stress. Victoria had excellent vendor recommendations, but we never felt pressured to hire anyone just because she said we should. I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding in St. Louis!

As a wedding photographer, I work with tons of different vendors. Some of which, truly stand out - like Charley Rice. Charley and her team were phenomenal! They are so easy to work with, so welcoming, and SO detailed. My assistant and I were in awe of their photographer packet that was emailed prior to the wedding! It outlined the entire day for us perfectly. Sometimes, as a photographer, we are expected to lead the day and it can be a huge weight while trying to also document the day to the fullest extent. Having Charley and her team was like a breath of fresh air. I was able to talk through any hiccups with Charley and didn’t feel like the day was on my shoulders - her team wholeheartedly lead the entire day. If you are in the market for a wedding coordinator…. Look no further. Charley Rice is the best investment!

Hiring Luna Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20 kids at our reception, and the Luna Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna Co to anyone and everyone!

Someone recently called me an "Enchanted Fairy" bride--likely because of my tulle skirt and woodsy wedding. Well, if that was the case, then Catherine was my Fairy Godmother. It has been a few weeks since the wedding, and every time anybody talks about it (MOB, MOH, Groom, etc.), we always mention Catherine and a job well done. She was extremely organized and professional... A calm and collected creative expert. When we had to devise a rain plan, she provided insights and solutions. When we had to execute said rain plan, she delivered. She helped with set up, decoration, timeline management, vendor management, guest experience, and more! She was also a friendly face and presence throughout the day... checking to make sure we were stress-free and happy. As our Day Of Coordinator, she went above and beyond before the wedding, and maintained this level of excellence until she left the venue spotless at the end of the night. We cannot thank Catherine enough for her services; She was a crucial part of our perfect wedding day.

I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. Even though our venue was farther outside Chicago (Indiana), she ran several venue walkthroughs in-person, attended vendor visits with me, and always accommodated my husband and I’s busy schedule. As Alexa started to step away for her maternity leave (which started right before our wedding date), she did an amazing job ensuring her team was fully prepared to handle last minute preparations and day-of responsibilities. The day-of team of 3 were awesome with completely handling all details A-Z so I didn’t have to worry about anything, even despite some last minute changes due to weather! Due to the complexity of our venue, its location, short timeline, and being from out-of-state, we are SO GLAD we booked Monarch for their full planning package and had the privilege of working with Alexa! It was sincerely our pleasure to have her bring our special day to life, she was a joy to work with and get to know. If I were getting married again, I’d book her services again no question! Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Where do I begin? I knew Sofi was the right wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding within the first 5 minutes of our initial call. She's warm, confident and so patient - not to mention it felt like talking to someone I'd been friends with for years, not someone I was hiring. The two most valuable pieces of working with her was she starts weeks before the wedding, communicating to all our wedding vendors and perfecting the timeline. Not ONE SINGLE vendor or guest asked me a question on my wedding day!! What a dream. The second is that she is confident in taking charge of all the little micro decisions and issues that come up on wedding day. She just took care of it all so I could be present and enjoy the day. I was so relaxed during wedding day that I was ANXIOUS about how relaxed I was. All thanks to Sofi. Bonus points for the software you get access to when you work with her - it was incredibly helpful in the planning process. Hiring Sofi was the best wedding decision we made. I wish I had hired her to be our full or partial wedding planner. You are in the very best of hands with her and her team!

For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

My husband and I hired All Set Events to DJ and day of coordinate our wedding. As a person who can be a *little* anxious, I knew I would have a much nicer day if I hired someone to help.
