Experience the charm and elegance of our classic country estate wedding and event venue. Discover the perfect backdrop for your special day, surrounded by picturesque Nestled in the secluded countryside of Holden, Massachusetts. Stonehouse is over 125 years old, built in the late 1800’s. It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. For weddings exceeding 70 guests your even takes place in a pristine Century Pole tent. *Stonehouse On The Hill requires you book one of our approved caterers for food and beverages for your event.*

From the lakeside arbor ceremony site to the tent and patio, we and our guests loved the naturally gorgeous surroundings and private atmosphere. The mansion was perfect for the whole bridal party to get ready in, and the venue's staff were always professional, communicative, and helpful. Having the venue provide the bar service was one less additional vendor we had to deal with, which was also great. It was the perfect place for us to get married and dance the night away!”
