The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.

Let's start with who we are......an emergency room doctor and a nurse, with their daughter and son team; then add in a couple of retired/current school district employees who met in the restaurant business. River Vista is something that we built together and we take great pride in the opportunity to work together as a family to serve you. Over ten years ago, we began the transformation of a one-story bar/tavern into the unique venue it is today. Each design element and architectural feature come together to create the perfect balance of elegance and functionality, with a sophisticated yet rustic feel. Our facility features high ceilings, exposed cedar woodwork, crystal chandeliers, and massive deck overlooking the river. Our main reception area is complimented by our state-of-the-art conference center, which is an ideal setting for corporate training and professional development.

Our farm is open to hosting weddings & other special events. We have two picturesque ponds that are perfect for your ceremony. Our newly remodeled barn & large all-peak event tent can hold the reception and/or ceremony. Our grounds are very spacious & we have plenty of room to spread out. We have a beautiful farmhouse on the property that is available to rent for the weekend of your event!
