Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, as long as you have applied for and received and permit from the NYS Liquor Authority. But you must have an insured bartending or catering company serve your guests. Self serve of alcohol is not permitted for weddings.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, we have a parking lot for approximately 40 cars. We recommend providing transportation for guests when your guest count is above 75 people.

Our venue is fully insured but we require event insurance to be purchased by our clients.

What is included in the Rental Fee?

120 Chairs Eight 8.5’ wood tables, 5 round tables with white linens, 2 bathrooms (1 ADA accessible) 3 Trash, 1 recycling, and 1 compost receptacle. We provide trash removal but ask that trash is bagged and placed in the receptacles. 8' Outdoor Rustic Beam Table 1 Firepit. Two on-site meetings to review your event timeline and details. Assistance in creating a floor plan. We will also arrange tables and chairs before the start of your Rental period. Our on-site commercial kitchen is available for your exclusive use. 25% discount on rentals through She Rents Vintage, our exclusive vintage rentals partner.

What is not included in the Rental Fee?

Service Staff are not included in your fee, Hartlot Happening is not responsible for bussing tables or trash, food, or bar service. Bar Service is not included. HH does not have a liquor license, you must work with a licensed Bartending service and secure a One-Day Permit from the NY State Liquor Authority. Event insurance is not included in your rental fee, guest is required to purchase event insurance. Plates, flatware, napkins, and bar glassware are not included. Ice is not included and is not available on-site. We recommend getting ice through your Caterer or Bartender service. Clean-up of personal or rented items is not included.
