The Crow and Calico Tavern at Crozehead Cooperage is a truly unique venue. Set on the backdrop of the oldest farm in Monee, built in 1864, we are the only cooperage in Illinois and one of only 28 in the US. A biergarten provides 750 square feet of covered space and includes use of our high tables and fest tables if desired. A furnished side patio provides an ideal spot for a cigar and bourbon! Furnished alcoves along our woodline with fire pits to light the night sky and warm guests souls. We provide a furnished 20 x 30 cocktail tent and outdoor bar. The Old Rugged Barn property is extremely versatile and the perfect location for your rustic wedding and reception. On the property, there is a large main barn with a 2000 sq ft main floor and a large loft overlooking the aisle and dance floor. In addition to this main building, a large enclosed pavilion and grain bin gazebo also sit on the property, with multiple pastures surrounding it for either parking purposes or use for event activities. Ceremonies can be held in any of the buildings, or outdoors, so the venue can accommodate and bring to life any of your rustic wedding dreams!
