Featuring a spacious and flexible event space, WAREHOUSE: 109 meets the need for an interesting venue to host your next event. Our space provides many unique vignettes; including a gallery of antique motorcycles, a vintage bar, and a 1958 Airstream turned into a lounge. WAREHOUSE 109 will assist you throughout your special event and there will be a venue manager on-site.

WAREHOUSE: 109 has 4,000 square feet of interior space with an additional 2,000 square feet of courtyard space Create your own unique indoor/outdoor event for seated dinners, receptions, and wedding ceremonies.     Warehouse 109 was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we booked with them, the team was prompt and responsive, answering all of our questions and ensuring we felt prepared. On the day of the event, the space was spotless and the staff had incredible energy, helping to create an amazing atmosphere. The bridal suite was ideal for getting ready, the garden was beautiful for our outdoor ceremony, and the reception space was exactly what we needed. Clayton, the bartender, was fantastic and kept our guests hydrated all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - Warehouse 109 helped make our special day absolutely perfect.

    Having our wedding at Warehouse 109 (WH) was a dream!!! My now husband & I had been touring wedding venues without much luck- they were either 'too expensive' or 'too stuffy' for our taste. As soon as we toured WH, we saw ourselves getting married there! It’s a family business and you can tell the passion and care they put into their customizable venue space. We had the fun & colorful Mexican wedding we dreamed of and our guests loved the unique blend of modern & vintage that WH offers! Also a HUGE BONUS in my mind is the gardens!!! We toured in the winter, but taking photos the gardens in July made a beautiful backdrop for photos! HIGHLY REC! They were a joy to work with & exactly what we wanted!

    My husband and I got married here in June and it was absolutely wonderful. From the tour to the final day, the communication was phenomenal and they did a really good job ensuring everything went smoothly. Prices were right and they were accommodating to different vendors and help. The lands scape is beautiful also. The garden ceremony area and the courtyard just make for a beautiful space for a wedding. 10/10 would recommend.

    We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this venue! We had so many people comment on how beautiful and awesome it was! It was the vibe we were going for and it was just so much fun. We loved every part of it. They were so helpful with every thing I needed. Super professional and overall amazing.
