I am Angela Lee, a Restaurateur and Chef. I was born and raised in Michigan. I went to College and owned several restaurants in Chicago on the busy Randolph Street Restaurant Row. I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now.
