A face to face consultation is highly recommended for you to feel confident about our services and for Chef Michael to understand clearly what you would like from your caterer. Chef Michael Jay & his team of very talented chefs have expanded dramatically in the last few months. We have chefs that cover the southern part of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, & all states south to Florida.

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within Greater Detroit area. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other areas.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
Yes, our event minimum is $4000 for all weddings.
