Our intimate 1837 Village Chapel, charming outdoor Village Green with picturesque Gazebo, or newly-restored 1837 Niles-Barnard House await your special day. Most wedding packages include time for a rehearsal prior to your wedding and access to all of the historic buildings on the day of your event. Rental packages include time to decorate, assemble guests, take photographs, and remove decorations. If needed, additional time may be purchased.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. Brides love staying at the farmhouse with their bridesmaids to prepare together for the wedding day. We are located on 10.5 acres with woods, barns, a pond, and rustic accents so there are many great photo opportunities!
