San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Preservation Hall was renovated by and is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society (SMPS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the preservation and promotion of the San Marco neighborhood, which celebrates its centennial in 2025. This Carpenter Gothic-style hidden gem is available for rental along with Stockton Cottage - the perfect bridal suite! Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Orlo has been restored and still has the original wood floors, chandeliers, and grand staircase. It is the perfect blank slate for your wedding or event!

The Ribault Club was initially established in 1928 to accommodate the wealthy and powerful people of the era. Designed by renowned Swiss architect Maurice Fatio, the building is included in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Now part of the Fort George Island Cultural State Park, the club has been restored to its original splendor and hosts special events and occasions. Guests can enjoy this waterfront location with activities such as kayaking, deep-sea fishing, and horseback riding, or visit nearby Amelia Island.

Powel Crosley built the Florida winter home for his wife, Gwendolyn, in 1929. The two-and-a-half-story Mediterranean mansion was built in the southwest corner of Bradenton on a 60-acre parcel of land on Sarasota Bay adjacent to the John Ringling Estate. The 11,000-square-foot home has 21 rooms and 10 baths, and an adjacent carriage house has room for three cars and servants' quarters on the second floor. Originally the mansion had a swimming pool, a seaplane dock and yacht basin. The home featured many innovations for its time, including a steel frame encased in cast stone, embedded pipes and wiring, and a 135-day construction schedule. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Seagate was saved from commercial development and purchased for renovation by Manatee County, which operates it as a meeting, conference and event venue.

The Hilltop is an old Victorian mansion situated in Orange Park on 5 beautifully wooded acres. We have 2 outside ceremony areas and 5 reception rooms. We regularly host small, medium, and large weddings and events.

The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.

This traditional colonial building was built in 1926 and known as the Riverside Mormon Church. The Junior League of Jacksonville purchased the building in 1979 and by 1980, we opened our facilities to the community and its many organizations. The Riverside House offers its board room, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public. It is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions and provides a beautiful atmosphere for any celebration.

This famous Southern Greek-Revival style home with magnolia & oak lined sidewalks is a hidden gem in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. The venue boasts outdoor gardens, wrap-around covered porch, and four interior rooms that may be used reception-style with a mix of seating and food displays for up 125 guest.
