We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces that creates the ideal backdrop for your memorable occasion. One of our key features are our courtyard spaces with our fountains and cafe lights. You can exchange your vows or dance under the open sky, surrounded by nature's beauty. Our venue is a picturesque backdrop for intimate ceremonies or receptions. To complete the prefect day, we offer our two indoor spaces, the Glass Hall & Oak Room. Both offer the allure of their versatility and a flow that invites your guests to truly enjoy themselves and their evening with you. If you're a 2024 couple, be sure to book ASAP! Dates in 2024 are nearly gone, and 2025 is booking as we speak.

The Oak Room

This room is perfect for hosting rehearsal dinners, receptions, large bridal parties, and is large enough to feature a dance floor.

Our Oak Room features floor-to-ceiling windows and overlooks the pecan orchard and courtyard. Our Oak Room accommodates up to 150 people for a sit-down dinner, 125 with a dance floor and up to 175 people for a cocktail reception.

The Orchards features the only glass hall in Northwest Florida. The surrounding glass walls allows for plenty of natural light for a stunning afternoon wedding. At night the hall can be transformed into a unique sparkling experience.

I’ve had the chance to work at The Orchards of Molino many times, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly and organized, making sure everything goes smoothly. If you’re looking for a stunning location with a great team to back it up, I highly recommend The Orchards!

Dream venue! I am a wedding videographer and have seen so many venues. When it was time for me to choose a venue for my wedding, I thought I had seen them all and it was really difficult until I discovered this gem!! This venue is beautiful all on its own and it can be catered to fit any wedding style! Cynthia and her team made me feel so loved and taken care of! My shoe broke at my rehearsal dinner and Cynthia actually let me wear a pair of her own shoes! This place and the people made my whole day better than I could have imagined! THANK YOU!

The venue sits on a 72+ acre private estate with a pond and pecan orchards in Molino, Florida. We also have indoor and outdoor venues and encourage you to check out our various venue options. We can host all type of theme weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, and much more.

First, call us to make sure your date is available. And schedule a tour. Then, download a reservation form found on our site. Please print, fill it out, and mail along with $1500.00 for the package you choose (Gold, Silver or Bronze). We accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. (credit cards incur a 2.9% service charge).

We ask that all tours be scheduled through our website.

Yes, you may schedule a one-hour time period for your rehearsal prior to your wedding

We love to be able to provide our couples exclusive access to the Venue on their wedding day.

Yes, we require a $1,500.00 “Save the Date” deposit to book your date. This is nonrefundable should you cancel your date with the venue. We accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. (Credit cards incur a 2.9% service charge, however.)

The remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your event date. (This is for wedding packages only.) Special event remaining package balances are due 30 days before the event.

Sparklers must be used. We will provide you with which sand buckets to dispose of the sparklers in. No confetti, rice, birdseed, or water-soluble products may be tossed.

Nothing may be attached to any surface using nails, staples, tape, glue, or any other means. Candles are allowed, as long as the flame is in an enclosed container. Confetti and glitter are not allowed to be used anywhere on the property.

Yes, we do require our couples to purchase event insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Event insurance protects you from liability during your event that is a result of bodily injury, personal injury or property damage and cancelation insurance. You may speak with your insurance agent.

We do require that they are properly licensed and insured so we ask that you make us aware of anyone you plan to use anyone that is not on our approved list.

We understand that pets are part of the family and we welcome them here, if they are part of the ceremony.
