They wanted a unique home with Colorado history so they modeled the building after Bent's Fort off the Santé Fe Trail. Originally it was supposed to be a summer home but decided to add the restaurant before construction was completed. The Fort has been owned and operated by the Arnold Family for 60 years. We are known for our buffalo and game meats as well as our historical mountain ambiance. The Fort features seven different private areas for your reception, depending on your group size. On weekdays, it's shared workspace for entrepreneurs and artists and after hours it's Boulder's only industrial chic venue, perfect for a wide variety of corporate and private events. The 2,900 square feet of ADA accessible event space is laid out in such a way that it can accommodate a crowd of 20 or 200 without feeling too large or too small. we do rent out our conference room to external members during normal business hours.
